Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Project Manager to oversee mid/large-scale gas pipeline and station construction projects. This role entails coordinating with construction teams, engineering, and procurement to ensure adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in gas distribution or construction, with strong analytical and communication skills. Travel between MA/CT/NH may be required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related natural gas distribution and/or general construction experience.
• Knowledge of distribution systems, gas construction standards and procedures preferred.
• Project management experience is required.
• Experience with P6 is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage larger ($1M–$3M) Station Construction Projects and capital pipeline installation projects.
• Develop bids with Engineering and Procurement; review bids and recommend contractors.
• Plan and schedule projects with Planning and Scheduling to meet timelines and resource availability.
• Review and approve invoices and change orders; assist in regulatory reporting as needed.
• Represent the Gas Construction Department in meetings and other forums.
