You will align operations with our mission supporting US Warfighters and the AbilityOne program, while guiding supervisors and team leads.

Responsibilities include process improvements, safety and policy compliance, KPI reporting, and cross‑department collaboration to maximize efficiency and profitability in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in garment sewing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Garment Production department to meet daily goals and quality standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach Supervisors and Team Leads; manage performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and report production metrics to leadership.
• Coordinate with other departments to align production with goals.
• Maintain asset protection and cybersecurity awareness.
• Handle attendance and line balancing to optimize workflow.
