Job summary

ReadyOne Industries in El Paso is seeking a Sr Production Supervisor to oversee the garment production departments, drive initiatives that uphold our mission, and lead Supervisors, Team Leads and employees to produce first-quality garments in a cost-efficient, on-time, and safe manner.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic alignment with organizational goals, and a focus on safety, training, and continuous improvement to support the US Warfighters program and the AbilityOne initiative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years or more related experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote strategies aligned with company values and policies.
• Lead production teams to achieve on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and report production performance, including efficiency, cost and quality.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Mentor and develop Supervisors and Team Leads; manage attendance and performance.
