The role requires experience with gaming regulatory frameworks, investigations, and maintaining records, with emphasis on confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressively responsible experience in gaming compliance, regulatory affairs, casino operations, internal audit, legal, risk or a related discipline
• Preferred: experience interacting directly with gaming regulators and coordinating regulatory examinations/audits
• Working knowledge of gaming regulatory frameworks, internal controls, compliance monitoring, investigations and recordkeeping

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the gaming compliance program, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, monitoring, training, issue escalation, and corrective action tracking.
• Maintain effective working relationships with gaming regulators and coordinate examinations, inspections, information requests, filings, renewals, and regulatory correspondence.
• Support responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, privacy, and other compliance programs where responsibilities intersect with gaming operations.
• Prepare concise compliance reports and metrics for senior management and relevant governance committees.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical operational guidance.
