You will adjust to growing needs and contribute at both macro and micro levels. The position emphasizes production leadership, driving schedules, mitigating risks, and delivering milestones with a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead production across multiple areas and crafts from concept to milestone delivery.

• Identify and mitigate risks and scope creep through proactive planning.
• Oversee feature ownership and ensure daily status tracking and bottleneck elimination.
• Resolve project impediments quickly with a data-driven approach.
• Communicate updates clearly to teams and stakeholders at the right times.
• Manage, mentor, and grow direct reports and staffing plans.
• Improve production processes and establish pipeline improvements.
• Align production strategy with studio leadership and long-term vision.
