Job summary

2K is seeking a Lead Producer in California to guide production for multiple content groups. You will define project strategy, manage end-to-end delivery, and partner with studio leadership to align with business goals.

As a senior producer, you will hire, mentor, and develop talent, drive process improvements, and ensure production health, risk management, and timely milestone delivery across concepts, modeling, FX, and more.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
