Playson is seeking a Senior Game Developer to push the boundaries of browser-based gaming. You’ll work close to the engine, implement new features, and optimise performance, shaping the player experience across global operators.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and rapid iteration in a remote-capable setting. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in JavaScript UI development, strong TS/JS skills, Canvas/WebGL know-how, and a product-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of JavaScript UI client development in a commercial environment.
• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of Canvas/WebGL rendering cycles.
• Deep understanding of the Event Loop and sync vs async approaches.
• Experience in cross-browser development.
• Strong knowledge of OOP principles and game programming patterns.
• Experience with Git.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Product-first approach with a proactive attitude.
• Self-sufficient, results-driven, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
