Job summary

Playson in New Jersey is seeking a skilled 2D Animator to craft engaging animations for casino game projects, collaborating with artists and product owners to push visual style and gameplay. You will create high-quality animations, export and optimize for in-game use, and contribute ideas for features while adhering to technical constraints and industry standards.

A strong background in Spine, After Effects with plugins, Photoshop, and VFX is essential, along with understanding of slots gaming

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional animation experience in casino games or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of Esoteric Spine, After Effects with plugins, and Photoshop.
• Solid animation and VFX skills for characters, environments, and effects.
• Ability to animate in various styles and collaborate with illustrators and designers.
• Understanding of the gambling and slots gaming industry; 3D animation knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional animation experience in Casino Games or similar fields
• Solid experience with Esoteric Spine, Adobe After Effects + plugins, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong animation and VFX skills
• Ability to animate characters, environments, and effects in various styles
• Understanding of the gambling and slots-gaming industry
• Familiarity with any 3D animation software would be a plus
