JobSquad is seeking a Gage Calibration Technician to support calibration schedules for quality measurement tools at our Glendale Heights, IL site. The role focuses on accurate calibration per print requirements and collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma with 5+ years in gage calibration, familiarity with GD&T and calibration management software, and the ability to read complex blueprints.

Formación

• Requires ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Demonstrates proficiency with calibration procedures and quality control measures.
• Able to interpret and apply print requirements to calibration work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurement and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify gages due for calibration using Gage Trak software.
• Calibrate tools to print requirements using indicators, height masters, sine plates and gage blocks.
• Record results and coordinate with engineering and quality teams for return to production.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to 5S practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
