Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant field required.
• Master’s degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus.
• Minimum five years of relevant accounting, financial reporting, external audit, or related professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Researches, interprets, and applies U.S. GAAP and FASB guidance to complex, significant, nonroutine accounting matters.
• Analyzes contracts and agreements to determine appropriate accounting treatment and disclosures.
• Prepares technical accounting analyses, memoranda, calculations, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and external audit activities.
• Reviews and guides accounting staff, providing technical guidance and coaching.
