Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Senior Director, G&A Technology to own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of platforms for Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, and HR. You’ll partner with CFO, CLO, and CPO to translate priorities into a scalable roadmap.

The role is based in Austin, TX with responsibilities for platform strategy, governance, SOX controls, and cross-functional operating models, leading integration across Workday, NetSuite, Zip, and Ironclad.

Qualifications

15+ years leading enterprise application portfolios in SaaS or software.
Deep knowledge of Workday, NetSuite, Zip or Ironclad; integration tools.
Track record with SOX IT controls in software lifecycle.
Experience standing up intake, SLAs, and governance used by business.
M&A system integration experience and executive collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own platform strategy and architecture for G&A systems (Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR).
Partner with CFO, CLO, and CPO to align technology with business priorities.
Establish scalable governance with stage gates and minimal bureaucracy.
Own SOX/change controls across G&A systems end to end.
Define clear roles between analysts, developers, and release engineers.
Collaborate on integration engineering with middleware (Workato, MuleSoft).
Drive automation and AI usage to speed up close and contract reviews.
