Treasured Memories in Manchester, CT is seeking an Advanced Funeral Planner to assist families in arranging pre-planned funeral services. You will provide compassionate guidance, explain options, and ensure all arrangements are handled with care.

This role features a base salary plus commission, daily reporting to the manager, and a path for growth within our family-owned funeral home. Ideal candidates hold an active funeral director license and an insurance license, demonstrate empathy,

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed funeral director.
• Insurance license required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to empathize with clients during difficult times.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate guidance to families in planning pre-arranged funeral services.
• Maintain knowledge of services and products to assist clients effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand needs and preferences.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultation and service.
• Report daily to the manager on activities, sales, and client interactions.
