Charles Schwab in Westlake, TX is seeking a senior treasury professional to lead the funds transfer pricing function. You will drive the development and implementation of a best‑in‑class FTP framework and methodology, collaborating with portfolio managers, risk partners, and product leaders.

The role emphasizes building analytics, educating stakeholders, and ensuring the FTP approach supports net interest income optimization while aligning with market rates, liquidity, and capital frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in treasury, FTP, interest rate risk, finance or ALM roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with FTP methodologies for non-maturity deposits and lending products.
• Experience building custom treasury models and dashboards.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Python and working with large datasets is a plus.
• CFA/FRM/PRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a new FTP framework and methodology.
• Lead FTP policy development based on market rates, liquidity, and capital frameworks.
• Develop analytics and reporting capabilities, including NIM decomposition.
• Innovate approaches for existing and new FTP methodologies and products.
• Educate stakeholders on FTP applications to optimize net interest income.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk partners, and product leaders to influence risk-return optimization.
