Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an experienced treasury professional to lead the development and implementation of a next-generation funds transfer pricing framework. You will guide policy, methodologies, and analytics that enable risk-adjusted decision-making across diverse portfolios.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced treasury modeling, and the ability to educate stakeholders on FTP concepts while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of treasury, FTP, interest rate risk, finance or ALM with increasing responsibility.
• Familiar with FTP methodologies for non-maturity deposits and lending products and leading an FTP framework.
• Technical background with experience developing custom treasury models and dashboards.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred; CFA/FRM/PRM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of a new FTP framework and methodology.
• Establish FTP policy and methodologies based on market rates, liquidity, and capital frameworks.
• Develop analytics and reporting capabilities, including NIM decomposition by business lines and the Treasury Center.
• Lead new approaches for existing methodologies and products.
• Build FTP curriculum and educate stakeholders on FTP use cases.
• Articulate changes to executives to gain alignment and buy-in.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk partners, and product leaders to influence risk-return optimization.
