Friends of the Earth U.S. is seeking an Executive Advisor, Strategic Partnerships, a senior fundraising strategist responsible for securing philanthropic investments from foundations and institutional funders.

The role manages a select portfolio and works with leadership to deepen funder engagement, targeting a $1.7M annual goal and strong donor relations. Salary range is $140,000–$160,000, with union membership and a probationary period.

Qualifikationen

• Twelve+ years of institutional fundraising, foundation relations, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success securing high six- or seven-figure philanthropic investments.
• Proven ability to manage complex funder portfolios and meet ambitious goals.
• Experience developing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
