Qualifications

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience, including partnership accounting, investor reporting, and fund operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting, capital transactions, waterfalls, and investor allocations.
• Experience working with fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 and financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting, reporting, and operational activities of assigned investment funds and related entities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with third-party fund administrators.
• Coordinate recurring accounting, reporting, and investor deliverables for accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with internal teams, fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors to resolve matters.
• Maintain knowledge of fund structures, investor relationships, and reporting requirements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects to enhance operations and reporting.
• Review capital activity, management fees, partnership allocations, and waterfall calculations.
• Support quarter-end, year-end, audit, and tax reporting processes.
• Deliver accurate reporting that provides visibility into fund performance.
