Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial environments such as public accounting, audit, tax, or alternative asset management.
• Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax, fund finance, or alternative investments.
• Interest in gaining exposure across private equity and private credit and developing expertise in complex investment structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Fund reporting and accounting: Prepare and review financial statements, P&L and NAV reporting, and investor capital reporting.
• Complex investments and transactions: Support accounting and reporting for investments spanning PE, private credit, and bespoke transactions.
• Fund economics and capital activity: Manage capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, expenses, and allocations.
• Investor reporting: Support tax workbooks, K-1 processes, intercompany reporting, and time-sensitive ad hoc requests.
• Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with Investment Operations, Investor Relations, FP&A, Tax, technology, fund administrators, and auditors.
• Problem solving: Analyze new investment structures requiring independent judgment for appropriate accounting treatments.
• Automation and process improvement: Streamline recurring workflows and enhance reporting efficiency.
