Origin Staffing is seeking a driven Senior Associate for our Private Equity fund finance and valuation team. You will handle private equity fund accounting, treasury and cash flow management, and collaborate with the investment team on portfolio company valuations and fundraising materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in audit, tax, valuation, finance or fund accounting is helpful and mentorship is available
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new systems are essential
• Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee private equity fund accounting and treasury activities
• Collaborate with investment team on portfolio company valuations
• Support investor relations with presentation materials and fundraising
• Assist with financial reporting, performance analysis and deal closing projects
• Coordinate with taxation team on tax issues and compliance
