Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Fund Finance Manager to lead the financial management and reporting of private equity real estate funds and accounts. You will oversee fund accounting, NAV calculations, investor reporting, and compliance while collaborating with treasury, investor relations, tax, and auditors.

You will manage capital calls, distributions, waterfall computations, and allocations; coordinate audits, tax reporting, and annual budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund accounting, fund finance, or private equity real estate finance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and private equity real estate fund accounting and reporting.
• Experience with partnership accounting, capital accounts, waterfalls, carried interest, and investor allocations.
• Experience calculating and overseeing NAV and real estate valuation processes.
• Experience preparing or overseeing investor reporting and fund performance metrics such as IRR and MOIC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund-level and investment-level accounting and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain financial reporting policies aligned with US GAAP, SEC, PREA, GIPS, and NCREIF.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, investor contributions, and allocations; review waterfall calculations and carried interest.
• Calculate and review quarterly and annual fund NAVs, coordinate budgets and leasing updates.
• Oversee investor reporting packages, including quarterly statements and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with external auditors, fund administrators, and tax advisors; lead annual audits and K-1s.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and recapitalizations from a fund accounting perspective.
• Partner with Acquisitions/Asset Management to monitor covenant compliance and cash flow.
