Job summary

Initio Capital is seeking experienced Fund & Deal Mentors as independent contractors to guide fund managers and investors throughout the investment lifecycle. This role involves mentoring analysts, supporting deal execution, and providing strategic advisory services.

Mentors will benefit from flexible hourly rates ranging from $200 to $500 based on experience, and have opportunities for transaction-based earnings. The role offers direct access to a private capital ecosystem connecting managers, investors, and live deal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced professional in investment, able to mentor others.
• Knowledge of capital strategy and LP engagement required.
• Ability to guide analysts through real transactions essential.
