Job summary

Initio Capital is seeking Capital Insights Mentors for an independent contractor role to deliver strategic and operational insights across fund formation, deal execution, and portfolio operations. The role offers compensation of $200 to $500 per hour depending on the scope and deal size, with no cap on earning potential for high-value contributions. Mentors will guide analysts and enhance credibility within the Initio Sphere ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven record of leading capital transactions, fund strategy, or portfolio value creation initiatives.
• Experience as operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants is ideal.
