Green Key Resources LLC in New York seeks a Senior Fund Analyst to manage finance and accounting for investment funds, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. You will work with fund administrators, portfolio teams, and auditors to support fundraising, capital activity, and quarterly metrics.

This role requires a finance or accounting degree and 2–8 years in asset management or fund accounting, with strong Excel skills and communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 2-8 years of experience in asset management or fund accounting is preferred.
• Familiarity with private credit investments, including bank loans and private equity.
• Knowledge of loan facilities such as term loans, delayed draw, and revolving loans.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for team collaboration.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem-solve effectively and address complex fund management challenges.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting functions for Business Development Companies (BDCs).
• Review work completed by fund administrators, providing feedback and ensuring compliance.
• Monitor fund-related expenses, accruals, and investment activities for accurate posting.
• Process invoices, wire payments, and review management fee calculations.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams to prepare quarterly performance metrics and financial statements.
• Manage leverage facilities to ensure liquidity for funding activities and distributions.
• Serve as a liaison between fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and other third parties.
• Assist with capital activities, including capital calls and distributions, ensuring compliance.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to enhance fund operations and reporting.
