Job summary

The Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) seeks a Fund Analyst to manage a $187 million portfolio of venture capital programs, loan participation programs, loan guarantees, and capital access initiatives. The role requires accounting expertise, GAAS, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

The analyst will coordinate data across units, ensure reporting and compliance, and apply GAAP to financial analyses in line with state regulations and funding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis and portfolio management skills.
• Knowledge of GAAS and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Experience with public sector financial reporting is a plus.
