Job summary

Synovus seeks a Senior Analyst, Fund Administration/The Family Office (TFO) Operations Coordinator Sr.) to manage and coordinate alternative fund administration for UHNW client strategies. You will collaborate with outside fund administrators to deliver NAV packages, capital calls, and financial reports, while owning relationships with external fund contacts.

The role involves asset movement coordination, reconciliations, fiduciary duties, and support for investment committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Seven years of job related work experience and/or administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in using word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment management preferred.
• CTOP (Certified Trust Operations Professional) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers movement of asset holdings, cost basis adjustments, and market value changes within client accounts.
• Serves as primary contact for customer inquiries and resolves complex account issues.
• Coordinates information collection for account opening, closing, and asset transfers.
• Supports due diligence calls and meetings with external managers.
• Leads project management and process improvements within TFO operations.
