Job summary

MainStreamTek Corporation is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to oversee onboarding, conversion activities and client servicing for complex investment structures.

The role requires 5+ years in fund accounting, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proven leadership to ensure BAU readiness and timely delivery. Knowledge of offshore products, ETFs, derivatives and master feeder funds is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in accounting/finance/economics/technical field.
• 5+ years of related fund accounting experience.
• Ability to multitask and ensure client deliverables on track pre- and post-conversion.
• Experience with offshore products, ETFs, hedged, derivatives and master feeder funds.
• Experience leading a team to meet client expectations and BAU readiness.
• Ability to escalate concerns promptly and collaborate to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding plan and activities supporting accounting and custody clients.
• Support conversion of new client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
• Demonstrate knowledge of overall process and operating model.
• Experience with MCH and eHorizon, focusing on accounting and complex investment servicing.
• Background in complex fund structures and investment types.
• Assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to streamline functions and service environment.
• Quantify, document and articulate processing methodology differences for clients and internal teams.
• Work with COE and other processing teams to meet procedures and deadlines.
