Job summary

This individual will support various fund accounting and financial reporting functions within a private credit investment environment. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA designation, and 3-5 years of experience in accounting.

The role offers a hybrid working schedule and entails responsibilities such as preparing financial statements and coordinating with auditors. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Active CPA designation is required.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or alternative investment fund accounting experience, is required.
• Knowledge of alternative investments, fund accounting, partnership accounting, and GAAP financial reporting is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support capital calls, distributions, and portfolio accounting.
• Review third-party fund administrator deliverables.
• Monitor cash activity and perform reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal tax teams.
