Job summary

Cyperus Group LLC's Nashville office seeks a Senior Fund Accountant to oversee fund accounting and administration for pooled vehicles. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables, including NAV oversight and financial reporting.

You will engage in regulatory and tax reporting, participate in audits, and contribute to process improvements, new fund launches, and special projects.

• Experience with hedge funds, private equity, or fund administration is preferred

Responsibilities

• Review NAV calculations prepared by third-party providers for accuracy
• Assist with annual audits, coordinating requests and reviewing financial statements
• Support tax and regulatory reporting across applicable jurisdictions
• Monitor deadlines and ensure fund deliverables are completed on time
• Research and resolve operational accounting issues, escalating when appropriate
• Collaborate across teams to support day-to-day fund accounting and administration
• Participate in process documentation, training, and process-improvement initiatives
• Assist with special projects including new fund launches and fund liquidations
