Hybrid work environment: Midtown NY 3x a week

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve quarterly Private Equity fund NAV reconciliations and financial statements with fund administrators
• Review and approve capital activities, such as complex capital calls, distribution allocations, and notices to investors.
• Coordination of fund launches: review reporting requirements, coordinate with various internal and external parties/resources, negotiate lines of credit
• Address any ad-hoc requests from investors and investment team as needed

Requirements:

• CPA license strongly preferred
• 3-6 years of Private Equity or Hedge Fund NAV accounting experience, with exposure to a variety of complex fund structures
• Experience with waterfall calculations, performance and incentive fees
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
• Strong relationship management and client servicing experience
• Analytical and proven problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Investran or similar accounting software experience
