Job summary

Jobot, a premier global independent private capital fund administrator, is seeking a Finance Operations Associate in San Francisco. The role focuses on cash processing, journal entries, and financial statement preparation within a hybrid work environment.

You'll work with an experienced team, support investor capital calls and distributions, and coordinate with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare and set up workpapers and checklists.
• Prepare financial statements and related footnotes.
• Prepare partner capital account information.
• Process investor capital calls and distributions.
• Liaise directly with clients' independent auditors.

Job description

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
