Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and guide members of the Investor Reporting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of real estate investment fund entities.
• Monitor cash activity at the project, entity, and fund levels, including weekly cash requirement reviews.
• Track and manage liquidity across investment vehicles.
• Analyze and reconcile investment-related cash flow activity.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and quarterly investor reports.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual investor reporting packages.
• Review accounting work prepared by third-party fund administrators.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable REIT regulations and reporting requirements.
• Support investment accounting activities and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Review partnership and fund accounting activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with internal teams, fund administrators, investors, and other stakeholders as needed.
