Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a related engineering field.
• Broad understanding of engineering fundamentals in software, networking, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional safety systems engineering analysis for autonomous truck.
• Lead design discussions in functional safety across teams.
• Conduct Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments (HARA).
• Perform Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Skills

Excellent communication and teamwork

Experience developing functional safety

Strong understanding of ISO 26262 (FUSA)

Familiarity with functional safety analysis processes (HAZOP, FMEA, STPA, FTA)

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems/Electrical/Software/Computer Engineering, Robotics
