The Workday Success Plan Team focuses on our customers' entire journey with Workday, creating programs to help them derive value from their applications. The team delivers various services, from demonstrations to deployment guidance.

About The Role

The Engagement Manager will manage multiple projects, coordinating service delivery to diverse customers worldwide. Responsibilities include project execution, customer relationship management, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead projects delivering Workday Success Plans programs and services.
  2. Communicate project objectives and strategies effectively.
  3. Educate customers about Workday Success Plans offerings.
  4. Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
  5. Guide and mentor project team members.
  6. Ensure proper project planning and staffing.
  7. Collaborate with client project managers to address issues.
  8. Lead customer and internal meetings.
  9. Ensure customer references post-project.
  10. Handle project administration tasks.
Qualifications

Senior Engagement Manager (P4): 5+ years in project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations; experience with Workday or similar applications.

Principal Engagement Manager (P5): 8+ years in project management with relevant experience.

Additional qualities include customer service passion, strong communication skills, understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services Procurement, and ability to influence stakeholders. Willingness to travel up to 10% is also preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges vary by location, with additional bonuses and stock grants possible. Specifics depend on experience, location, and other factors.

Work Environment & Flexibility
