Job summary

IFS Copperleaf seeks a Senior Functional Consultant to lead large, complex implementations of our asset management and analytics solutions. This hands-on role requires consulting experience and travel across the North America region to work with major industrial clients.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to scope requirements, customize, integrate, and train users, helping clients achieve resilient, sustainable outcomes with our AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in asset-heavy environments.
• Customer-facing consulting skills to influence, advise, and scope.
• Experience with software deployment technologies, networks and databases.
• Technical degree in Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key client interface for large and complex implementations, understanding requirements and delivering elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and partners at client sites across North America.
• Own end-to-end processes from scoping requirements to system deployment.
• Conduct customization, integration and user training.
