Program Overview & Role

We are looking for passionate FullStack Software Developers to join a new project that will modernize a web-based .NET system into the Azure Cloud using various cutting-edge technologies. The goal is to automate the customer's manual processes. The development will follow an Agile framework with DevSecOps processes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the customer to translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
2. Support Agile planning, backlog refinement, and story analysis.
3. Ensure User Stories have clear acceptance criteria and are completed within sprints.
4. Demonstrate completed work to the customer and support retrospectives.
5. Design software using industry best practices and secure coding standards.
6. Develop automated tests for CI/CD pipelines.
7. Provide support to ensure deployed software meets all requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience or 12 years' experience without degree.
• Experience automating and modernizing IT solutions.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure Cloud migrations, microservices, and containerization.
• Proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work remotely and obtain necessary security clearances.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile Certification and experience with Infrastructure as Code, Test Driven Development, and automation tools.
• Experience with tools like Jmeter, Selenium, Splunk, and Azure DevOps.

Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000
