Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable backend services with Node.js.
• Hands-on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS) experience.
• Strong OO design, SOLID principles, UML/C4/ArchiMate.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proven Agile software development experience.
• Mentoring junior engineers and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client project stakeholders on status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is efficient, performant, tested, scalable, and secure.
• Participate in planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements and present developed features for clients.
• Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to drive client success.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and governance activities.
• Mentor others through Communities of Practice and technical growth.
• Drive project delivery independently from concept to deployment.
