Job summary

Clarium is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and maintain features across our stack. You will move between frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/FastAPI) to ship end-user-facing functionality with speed and quality.

You'll own features from concept to production, collaborate with product managers and customers, and contribute to architecture decisions in a fast-paced healthtech startup environment. Fully remote with NYC co-working space available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in full-stack or back-end development.
• Strong Python and React/TypeScript skills.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and SQL.
• Ability to own end-to-end features from concept to production.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend APIs and frontend components for end-user-facing features
• Own features from concept to production, iterating quickly based on customer feedback
• Write high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code across the full stack
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to align development with real-world needs
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
