Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to develop, maintain, and mature backend systems and architecture that enable care for special needs children. You will design, build, and scale backend services, integrate external APIs, and ensure secure, well‑documented production features.

You will collaborate in a remote Product Engineering team, communicating with stakeholders and contributing to data‑driven product decisions across the stack.

Qualifications

• Must be able to design and implement scalable backend architectures.
• Strong API design and integration capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare or virtual care a plus.
