Nortal in the United States is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (C# and Angular) to join our team. You will work on a web application focused on client price management, revenue tracking, and invoicing, collaborating with US clients and a remote LATAM team.

This role emphasizes autonomy, ownership, and hands-on development across the stack, including Azure/AWS cloud services, CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and modernizing legacy CMS into Unity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular (TypeScript).
• 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core (preferably v6).
• 4+ years of SQL Server experience, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
• 3+ years of Azure or AWS cloud services experience.
• 3+ years of Azure DevOps for pipelines, CI/CD and Git workflows.
• 2+ years in solution design or technical decision-making.
• Advanced English level for US client communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the Angular front end and .NET Core back end for client price management, revenue tracking, and invoicing.
• Write and optimize SQL Server stored procedures and tune data-layer performance.
• Build and support cloud services on Azure or AWS (Logic Apps, Functions, Web Apps, etc.).
• Contribute to solution design and architectural discussions for new features.
• Migrate legacy CMS and on‑prem SQL Server data to Unity and Azure SQL in the new cloud platform.
• Migrate additional legacy CMS functionality into Unity and re-architect BLOB‑stored docs into Azure Blob Storage.
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Debug production issues and ensure system stability; extend/refactor legacy code and build new capabilities.
