Job summary

Giga is building real-time AI agents for enterprise-scale automation. We’re seeking a senior fullstack engineer to own features end-to-end, from APIs and data models to customer-facing interfaces. You’ll collaborate with design and product, balancing polish with speed to ship impactful capabilities.

The role involves working on agent configuration, analytics dashboards, and conversation interfaces, with a tech stack including React, TypeScript, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and Postgres.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fullstack engineering experience building user-facing products.
• Strong frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python) skills with solid code design.
• Ability to translate rough designs into polished features.
• Detail-oriented with balance between polish and speed.
• Comfort across the full stack from databases to UI.

Giga builds AI agents trusted by the largest B2C companies in the world. Industry leaders like DoorDash trust Giga with their most complex support and operations workflows across voice, chat, and email.

The Role

We're looking for a fullstack engineer to build the product our customers use to configure, monitor, and interact with their AI agents. You'll own features end-to-end: from the APIs and data models to the interfaces customers use to manage their agents and understand performance.

This is a product engineering role. You'll work closely with design and product to ship features that customers actually use, iterating based on feedback and usage data. You'll need to balance polish with speed; we're a startup, so we ship fast, but the product still needs to feel good.

What You'll Work On

A few examples from our current roadmap:

• Agent configuration: Building the APIs and interfaces that let customers set up and customize their agents without writing code

• Analytics dashboards: Creating the data pipelines and visualizations that help customers understand how their agents are performing

• Conversation interfaces: Designing how users interact with and review agent conversations, including the backend systems that store and retrieve conversation data

• Onboarding: Taking customer conversations, policies, and API documents, and automatically translating that into a highly-effective personalized agent

As a senior fullstack engineer, you'll own features end-to-end, from database schema and API design through frontend implementation. You'll make decisions about system architecture, data modeling, and how to structure the codebase as it grows.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have 4+ years of fullstack engineering experience building user-facing products

• Are strong in both frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python or similar), with opinions about how to structure a codebase

• Have good product instincts—you can take a rough design and fill in the gaps, or push back when something doesn't make sense

• Care about the details that make a product feel polished, but know when to ship

• Are comfortable working across the entire stack, from database queries to delightful UI

• Want to own features, not just implement specs handed to you

• Are excited about building tools that help people work with AI
