Job summary

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. Senior Fullstack Engineers own the main product surface end to end in a single monorepo using Vue 3 and TypeScript on the frontend, with Express and MongoDB on the backend.

You will move across all layers, modeling messy clinical data and ensuring scalable queries, while embracing contract-first API design. You’ll work in a distributed remote team with hybrid offices in NYC and Vancouver, and relate to

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production web applications.
• 3+ years health care revenue cycle management experience.
• Strong TypeScript across the stack.
• Experience with Vue or React frontend.
• Backend experience with Node/Express and MongoDB/Mongoose.
• Experience moving health data between systems (HL7, FHIR, EHR).

Responsibilities

• Build screens against our internal component library.
• Design API routes contract-first with shared schemas.
• Model clinical and revenue cycle data in MongoDB.
• Work inside shared TypeScript packages across apps.
• Move features from spec to production and support them.
• Work across the full revenue cycle, from pre-visit to payment.
• Integrate with client EHRs and external systems.
