Job summary

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. Senior Fullstack Engineers own the main product surface end to end in a single monorepo using Vue 3 and TypeScript on the frontend and Express with MongoDB on the backend.

You will design contract-first API routes, model clinical and revenue cycle data, and work across the full revenue cycle while integrating with client EHRs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production web apps including 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle
• Strong TypeScript across the stack
• Hands-on front-end with Vue or React
• Backend experience with Node, Express, and MongoDB/Mongoose
• Understanding of scalable queries, indexing, and schema design
• Ability to critique tools and plan improvements
• Experience in large codebases and refactoring
• Experience moving health data via HL7/FHIR/EHR interfaces
• Experience with auditable systems and financial event processing
• Ability to build configurable state machines and rule engines
• Knowledge of healthcare data flows and revenue cycle processes

Responsibilities

• Build screens against the internal component library
• Design and implement contract-first API routes with shared schemas
• Model clinical and revenue cycle data in MongoDB
• Work within shared TypeScript packages across apps
• Take features from spec to production and support them
• Cover revenue-cycle end-to-end from pre-visit to payment
• Integrate with clients' EHRs and external systems
