Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience building scalable web apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong React/TypeScript frontend skills with performance focus.
• Backend engineering with scalable services and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Professional Rails experience and modern JavaScript ecosystem preferred.
• SQL proficiency, especially PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on automated testing with RSpec, RTL, Cypress, Playwright.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical vision and delivery of high-performance APIs and UIs.
• Build scalable full-stack web apps serving patient and provider experiences.
• Develop clean REST/GraphQL APIs with efficient data-fetching models.
• Design responsive frontend using modern React patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features.
• Contribute to evolving engineering standards and practices.
• Develop automated tests across stack with RSpec, RTL, Cypress, Playwright.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and on-call rotation.
• Apply strong data security, privacy, and responsible tech practices.
• Explore AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
