Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer on GTM Engineering to design and build backend services powering our go-to-market and growth platforms.

This role offers ownership from specification through production health, with opportunities to contribute across the stack, mentor junior engineers, and influence architectural choices that drive efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of owning backend systems in production.
• Strong fullstack skills with Vue, Node, Go and Ruby.
• Deep experience with backend service design including API design, data modeling, and database performance.
• History of making sound technical trade-offs independently.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Clear communication for architecture proposals and design records.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting GTM and growth platforms.
• Contribute across the stack, including frontend work when needed.
• Contribute to technical direction, build-versus-buy decisions, and trade-offs.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, or reliability issues in backend systems.
• Review code and designs and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior engineers and document system design decisions.
