Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a technical lead to design and stand up the engineering motions for a growing GTM platform team. You will establish the technical bar by collaborating with engineers, not dictating from above, and you will leverage frontier models as part of a coordinated engineering practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading a team through engineering practice changes.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews for GTM systems processing lead-to-cash data.
• Mature the engineering pipeline including PRs, CI/CD, and automated UAT.
• Set common AI-assisted development standards across the team.
• Collaborate with non-GTM teams on cross-cutting architectural problems.
• Build tooling on top of the platform and guide future teams.
