Job summary

Monte Carlo, the agent trust platform for data and AI observability, is hiring a backend developer to own features from prototype to production, including architecture, testing, and deployment. You will build and scale Python backend services, distributed systems, and data pipelines, ship React frontends, and collaborate with product and ML teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend depth in Python.
• Distributed systems in production experience.
• 0-to-1 ownership of ambiguous problems; AWS and fullstack React experience preferred.
• Agentic/LLM experience is a plus.
