Job summary

Pivotal Health is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own backend-heavy areas of the Case Execution team, focusing on eligibility, batching, submissions, and orchestration. You’ll solve data-driven workflow problems while contributing to frontend tooling when required.

You will collaborate with product and engineering peers in a fast-moving startup, bringing strong Python expertise and a passion for reliable, scalable systems. Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack software engineering with backend focus.
• Hands-on with data-heavy, workflow-oriented systems.
• Experience with complex data-driven decision logic or orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems across eligibility, batching, submissions, and orchestration.
• Tackle complex, data-driven backend problems and reason about cross-system interactions.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration to ensure end-to-end correctness and reliability.
• Collaborate with Integrations, Case Strategy, and product teams to keep systems aligned.
• Contribute to front-end and admin workflows as needed for internal tooling.
