This role blends backend work with frontend touches, encourages learning across codebases, and ships end-to-end enablement features for thousands of organizations.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience with Elixir (Phoenix) and PostgreSQL/RabbitMQ/Redis/Oban as a baseline.
• Real frontend experience in production: React or Angular, or exposure to both.
• Ability to work across multiple codebases and collaborate across teams while following existing conventions.

Responsibilities

• Build shared foundations and integrations connecting our products on an Elixir/Phoenix core.
• Work across frontend stacks (React, Angular) as needed to support backend work.
• Balance backend and frontend tasks: 60/40 in favor of backend while enabling frontend considerations.
• Translate ambiguous enablement ideas into concrete build slices and measurable outcomes.
• Ship features across products and verify impact with real data.
