Job summary

Flagler Health is building the Clinical Operating System for modern musculoskeletal care. Senior Fullstack Engineers own the main product surface end to end, with Vue 3, TypeScript on the frontend and Express with MongoDB on the backend in a single monorepo.

You’ll move across the stack, tackle messy clinical data, and design contract-first APIs. The role involves working with HL7/FHIR integrations and supporting revenue-cycle workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production web apps, with health care revenue cycle experience
• Strong TypeScript across the stack
• Hands-on front-end with Vue or React
• Backend with Node, Express, MongoDB
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, and EHR connectivity
• Ability to work with messy clinical data and data quality
• Experience designing scalable, auditable systems

Responsibilities

• Build screens against an internal component library
• Design API routes contract-first with shared schemas
• Model clinical and revenue cycle data in MongoDB
• Work inside shared TypeScript packages used by all apps
• Take features from spec to production and support them live
• Collaborate with a distributed team across NYC and Vancouver
