Job summary

Stash is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead our StashWorks product for B2B partners in a hybrid NYC-based role. You will own projects across onboarding, eligibility, enrollment, identity, and integrations with partner employers.

You’ll build scalable services, design robust APIs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers. Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of software experience, strong Go skills, and familiarity with AI-powered tooling.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) as a core part of daily workflows.
• Thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Can move comfortably across services and codebases.
• Writes pragmatic, maintainable Go and designs APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and rapidly implement services using AI coding assistants.
• Own end-to-end delivery of software from inception to production.
• Instrument, test, profile, and code review software.
• Continuously deploy to cloud-based infrastructure.
• Scale software infrastructure for a growing user base.
