Job summary

Kpler in Kentucky is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead the evolution of our web experience across MarineTraffic and Kpler Terminal. You will unify applications onto Atlas, drive a shared design system, and set engineering standards that empower 20 feature teams.

Qualifications

• Senior fullstack experience with production apps and microservices at scale
• Proficient in TypeScript, Vue 3, React, and Node.js
• Strong API design with REST/GraphQL, and data stores (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch)

Responsibilities

• Unify flagship applications on Atlas and shared design system.
• Design and scale BFF layers and microservices powering maps, dashboards, and search.
• Mentor ~20 feature teams and promote modern CI/CD and frontend architecture.
• Integrate AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to speed up development workflows.
• Advocate hexagonal architecture, DDD, and decoupled frontend architectures.
